Common Fitness Goals

Finding yourself failing to your goal could possibly mean that your goal is unattainable to begin with. That, or you haven’t yet figured out how to reach it. This means you’re going to have to find some simple, straightforward goals and discover how to reach them:

Lose weight – We wall know that fat loss happens when you burn more calories than you eat. If you burn another 500 calories per day or so, you would lose about an extra pound a week. This isn’t accomplished by working out on the made for TV fitness machine – it’s done by a combination of simple exercise like running and biking, eating healthy, and supplements.

Gaining muscle – This occurs when you consume more calories than you burn in addition to heavy strength training. Lifting weights can build some muscle, but if you want to look like the Gubernator you’ll need to have serious commitment over a span of years, not days or weeks.

Sports Conditioning – You need to workout to perform better at sports. Whether you want to jump higher, practice higher, or run the bases quicker – you need to be in shape.
