Ah, a New Year fast approaches us once again! Many of us will soon be taking (or trying to maintain) that same ole’ ritual of losing weight! We know why we make the pledge year after year to lose weight — unhappy in our clothes, out of breath going up a flight of stairs, we want to live until we’re 95, etc. But yet, even with these and a trillion more other reasons, we’ll keep stuffing down those Big Macs while we watch television all night, every night.
This is the year to break old habits.
